This is a nice, low hour standby generator! It is a dual fuel using either Natural Gas or propane. From what the Olympian dealer told me these are made with 12 reconnectable leads to make the generator 120-480v. It is a bit confusing because the decal (see phots) says 3 phase 120/208, but if you look at the photo of the selector knob it seems to indicate single or 3 phase. Please speak to your electrician for his thoughts, but should be able to use it as single or 3 phase 120-480v...but I am NOT an electrician. Unit comes as pictured!
