This was a city system that they replaced. It is guaranteed to be in good working condition as stated per city. Lot comes as pictured with all parts, software and pressurized water reservoir. The Lotix TOC new is $26k. There are manuals and software for LOTIX NDIR Detector upgrade and Chain Drive Conveyor upgrade (see manuals pictures). This is a current model, so lots of info online about the unit. The calibration expired this year, so was done every year of its life. This was maintained and operated by city money...done correctly.
